Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy orangy/yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, strawberry), tart, nice little diesel like. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, grapefruit, tangerine, mango, strawberry), some vanilla, nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, nice little sweetness, also, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Quite different than other's from BI. Addictive! Orange Julius! A typically hazy/turbid bright golden color with only a slight head that quickly retreated. Huge vanilla and strawberry aroma from the can, along with faint floral and citrus notes. The taste brought mostly fresh strawberries, accompanied by orange, a slight bitter citrus pith, and vanilla, especially on the finish. There was a slight astringency, but this can was only 2 days old. I expect that this will peak in 1-2 weeks. Pretty full-bodied from the lactose but not overly thick or sweet. Very good now, though.
