Can dated 8/22/18! Poured into a bulb. Look was like OJ with a red tint and capped white head. Smell was dank with citrus fruits mixed in! Taste was straight OJ mixed with dank and pine! Feel was soft and juicy. Overall a damn good NE style IPA! Cheers

Second beer I've had from Bearded Iris, and definitely not going to be my last. Five oz pour at Modern Times, Portland. Bronze hazy appearance, sweet citrus nose, taste like Citra hop laced candied blood orange. El Dorado and Mosaic hops also in the mix. What a beer. Utter showstopper.

16 oz can poured into a pint glass. A very murky/turbid yellow color with a thick off-white head. Lots of blood orange on the nose, along with faint blueberries and tropical fruit. The taste was definitely orange-forward with a slight acidic juiciness. The hop flavors were there, but in the background. Faint tropical and resiny notes. A soft feel and soft bitterness with slight astringency on the finish, but this is a very fresh can. Overall, a tasty beer but one-dimensional, which may be the point here.
