Notes:
A dexterous curation of perle and hallertau blanc and a 2-row meets Pilsner malt build, Finesse effortlessly showcases notes of white grape juice, softly complex florals and a spot of tea.

Showing that their innovative spirit goes well beyond the haze, Bearded Iris Brewing turns their attention to the honorable German styled pilsner for a hop update and modernization.
Pale gold and nearly bright with clarity, the bubbly action fuels a loose and creamy froth. A tingle of Germanic hops deliver a grassy, spicy and herbal scent but this time a light vinous tone with melon and honeysuckle in tow. A light, wafer thin maltiness hits the front of the tongue with a kiss of powdered sugar, fresh bread and faint cereal.
Any malt sweetness quickly turns over to a glimmer of grain before the hops take over. They bring a brightness of white wine from Haullertau Blanc varietals before a spicy tea-like taste from Pearle. The common simmer of lemongrass, lemon pepper and sassafras stew away on the middle palate before a bevy of herbs bring a parsley rich bite to the beer's final frame.
Medium light for pilsner, the beer is a firm taste but the spicy bitterness, expressive carbonation and fledgling malt influence ensure a crisp, clean and highly refreshing taste in finish. A medium length afterglow of white tea and lemongrass means that the hops extend much longer than the malt.
