Notes:
DOUBLE IPA HOPPED WITH NELSON, CITRA & EL DORADO.
We’re rolling out the red carpet with this chic new DIPA. Featuring a dashing cast of nelson + citra + el dorado, CAMEO reveals hints of glisteningly ripe pear and apricot, muddled white grape and gooseberry, with a spritz of fresh-peeled citrus.

One of the more grapefruit-forward beers I’ve had from BI, and that’s obviously saying something given their strong hazy APA/IPA/IIPA roster and heavy use of Citra in many of their beers.
Hazy. Straw-gold. Creamy, well carbonated and spotty lacing.
Grapefruit, sweet citrus, unripe tropical fruits. Dank, wet grass and pine. Biscuity cracker. Grape musk. Fresh berries.
Pithy. Bready. Tropical. Grassy. A little green and sharp on the backend of the sip. As it warms the grape and berry notes emerge on the tongue. Lots of white wine overlap, overall. And a nice dose of bitterness.

Nicely balanced, but a little more bitter on the finish than Homestyle or Highlight from these guys.
