Now you see it, now you don’t. Our newest DIPA caches a juicy trove of Enigma hops and a flash of bright Citra, making for a pint of evasively layered grapefruit pulp, asian pear, and a dash of sweet melon, all deftly cloaked within a soft, silky mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewery. A hazy bright yellow color with a medium white head. Aromas of oranges, pears, melon, and tropical fruit. Taste followed for the most part, with Citra leading the way and the other hops providing reasonable complexity. All the above notes were there. A slight astringency on the palate but overall a nice DIPA.
