Notes:
A CLEAR IPA WITH STYRIAN WOLF & SIMCOE
We can see clearly now the haze is gone. SUNGLASSES NEEDED subtly harnesses nostalgic coastal vibes of simcoe, but amplifies them with styrian wolf into bright notes of strawberry-watermelon slices and ripe clementine, for a clear IPA designed to feel like long afternoons taking in those radiant summer beams.

Pours a fairly standard pale gold, but the clarity is remarkable (and for Bearded Iris, almost unheard of), there's plenty of tiny bubbles pouring up the glass, and the off-white head is quite robust and sticky for a smaller beer.
Tropical fruit, citrus, melon, lemongrass, biscuit dough, and pine on the nose. Fairly mild but quite bright.
Flavors take the notes from the nose up a notch, with nice citrus pith, berries, white grapes, damp (but not dank) greens, and a solid dose of resin. Quite dry and minerally on the finish. Extremely clean and refreshing. Not going to blow your socks off or ruin your palette, but it's a really good, easy sipper.
Feel is suprisingly fluffy and velvety despite it's thinness. Near-perfect carbonation.
Digging this one, especially as a hot weather, low(er) ABV offering that brings most of the punches I'm looking for in an IPA.
