Mod mode blew me away!
Look: Beautiful slightly hazy yellow straw color
Smell: underneath the sour overtones are sweet vanilla and tropical notes
Taste: such a nice balance of sweet and sour. The lactose really helps here
Feel: very drinkable. Thirst quenching. Sour but not puckering. Very little bitterness is perceived because the sweet and sour notes cover it
Overall it's a stand out beer! One of the best sours I've ever had, and if I had to compare it to anything it would be an imperial gose.
