Collaboration with Modern Times Beer, Highland Park Brewery & Green Cheek Beer Company
RHYME's flow impeccably weaves Simcoe + Citra + Strata + Citra cryo into a lyrical dynamo of lemon meringue pie, fluffy Dole whip, and just-scooped melon ball.

Pale straw-gold coloring, fully opaque but only "mildly hazy," solid head of bright white bubbles with little temporary retention and nice streaks and rings of sticky lacing.
Definitely an NE IPA, but there are some nice West Coast aspects to this (which I was hoping for given the collaborators). And very consistent from nose to tongue. Bright citrus, pineapple, light malt, cereal grains, dank pine, and a little powdered sugar on the nose. There's certainly some tropical fruit in the mix, but this one is citrus heavy, which I like -- so many hoppy beers nowadays are a massive mélange of citrus, tropical, and stone fruits, which end up as a muddled mess. I would much rather be keyed into one fruit family and do it well. Here the citrus stars, but melon, green grape, the aforementioned pineapple, and passion fruit provide appealing support.
On the tongue there's a really nice balance of semi-sweetness and grapefruit pith, and things finish extremely dry. A little green herbalness in the mix, as well.
