Multigrain crackers and bittering floral notes throughout. Crisp, mildly sweet. Great complexity. First beer in almost 2 months! Back in the game.

Pours a dark golden color with a light burnished tint to it. There is a light cloudiness to it - its not completely clear. THick, pillowy, four finger head forms on the beer, but shows no retention as it dissipates quickly. A thin ring of foam remains on the top of the beer.
Aroma has notes of spicy dried, grass, There is a light floral like note to it that I don't normally get from saaz. Lighter notes of pilsner malt peep through, but the aroma is really driven by the saaz.
Taste follows the nose with notes of spicy grassy hops on a white bread malt backbone. Notes of lemon grass, dried grass and pepper are all present.
Feel is light, crisp, smooth and easy drinking. Kind of dry on the finish. Bright carbonation.
Overall a nice, easy drinking pilsner. I'd happily drink this again.

16oz can stamped 06.16.21 poured into a stemless wine glass at fridge temp 5% ABV. The beer pours very bright light honey amber with off white head. The head builds quickly and settles slowly to a thin cap and leaves plenty of lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet pale malt and floral hops. The taste is semisweet pale malt with big pine, floral and earthy hop flavor and moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a dry finish. Cleanly lagered. Overall, very good. Bearded Iris is known for their hazys, but I won't be passing on their lagers.

A super crisp clean German pils...
Saaz dominates giving the beer an earthy floral flavor and aroma. Absolutely refreshing and delicious...extremely well made offering from a brewery that specializes in hazy IPAs.. a beer to be proud of. This one's a bell ringer, folks...
