What's ON DECK? A feast of Mosaic, Nelson, Simcoe, and Warrior unlike any your senses have experienced in recent memory. (We're kidding, of course, this is just a DIPA, people!) Passionfruit, citrus wedges with minced herbs and lemon zest, handfuls of gooseberries still cold from the rain, and a few pineapple rings for good measure.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left thick lacing coating the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus, gooseberry and white grape are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of gooseberries and white grapes stand out stronger.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation with some crispness.
O: I found this beer to drink quite well considering its strength.
