Pour: 4 oz sampler from tap.
Head: Very small head and no significant lacing.
Color: Slightly hazy. Darker than expected for a blonde ale
Aroma: Good strong aroma of unrefined cane sugar (jaggery) and mild aroma of melons.
Taste: Spicy and savory for a blonde ale - matched the aroma. The savory taste unexpected but pleasant, light and refreshing.
Carbonation: Medium.
Would drink again? Yes
