On tap at Perla in Santa Ana.
Beautiful light amber in hue. Silky fluff of white foam approaches 2 fingers. Slowly settles to a thin film. Good retention with clumpy clouds of lacing.
Nose is a tad subdued. Mild notes of citrus and malt.
Flavor is a tight delivery of both citrusy and piney notes and honey. Maybe not totally traditional, but really good.
Mouthfeel is medium. Light carbonation. Finish is a tad dry in the bitterness.
Really enjoyable.

L- Pale yellow-orange, filtered. Amazing creamy white head with very long persistence.
S- Citrus bomb with hops, slight bread notes.
T- Orange rind, piney hops. Leaves a very strong floral bitter aftertaste.
F- Very smooth.
O- Great IPA, a well done beer.

Hazy amber color with a thick huge head with eternal retention.
Nice aroma with predominant piney notes, lychees, biscuit malt, mango and oranges.
Flavor with notes of resin, herbal and citrusy hops, lots of spices, mango and pine, American yeast and grapefruit. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with proper carbonation. Alcohol of 7.6% is very well hidden.
Bitter and resiny, piney and citrusy American IPA. Definitely worth trying.
