Unknown vintage; drank 9/2/21 @ the Beer Temple.
Cloudy orange/yellow appearance.
Small white head; decent lace.
White grape, sweet cherry & mild farmhouse funk in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tart white grape, soft wheat & sweet cherry flavors up front; mild farmhouse funk on the finish.
Tart and pleasantly fruity, with a funk that doesn't go to far. Excellent!

Appearance: Arrives a slightly hazy goldenstraw color with a thin cap; a few spots of lacing
Smell: Saison yeast mixes with vinous Muscat tones; oaky
Taste: Fortified grape and orange flavors with a flash of pineapple; oaky and peppery, after the swallow, with a dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: The blend brings out interesting fortified wine flavors but the yeast brings a Belgian complexity
