On tap at the British Open Pub. Apparently, they create a wildly different version each year. The 2023 version is a Farmhouse ale. The nose has lots of vanilla. The taste has more tangy herbal notes to it. A fun summer beer. A good addition to a flight.

2023 version is a Farm House Ale/ Saison
Appearance: clear gold, white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: citrus & pineapple
Flavor: citrus fruit, pine apple. Coriander for spiciness also noted.
Mouthfeel: light to medium bodied. Dry. Moderate carbonation.
Overall: An excellent spring/summer beer. Drinks light. Has promenant citrus & pineapple flavor. Not super funky. Drying start to finish. A beer that invites you to try another. Well crafted.
