We aged a French-style saison in large oak foudres, allowing natural wild yeast to shine with lightly sour notes of peach, lemon curd, and white grape.

On tap at The Sheffield in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very light golden yellow color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like tart lemon candy, white wine, hay, and stone fruit.
This is quite tart, more tart than I’d expect from Allagash, but it’s really quite good. There’s a very lemony character to this, with wine, hay, clove, and peach candies.
This is really drinkable, despite the intensity of the acidity. It’s lightly carbonated.
I couldn’t drink a large amount of this, but I definitely enjoyed it.

I had this on draft 8/6/25 @ the Hopleaf.
Opaque dark orange appearance.
HUGE bright white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Wood, mild lemon & faint strawberry notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lemon & wood flavors.
Simple, pleasantly tart & crushable. I'd have another!
