12oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
This is a great looking brew, clear and deep copper hued with a nice head retention. Spicy nose with hints of fallen apple and taffy. Crisp and smooth, a little bit of body but drys up nice in the finish. Bready malt, spicy, phenols, kiss of steely sugar, peppery, warming, estery, and grassy. Lots of layers to pull back on this one, makes each sip interesting. Lots of fun this brew is.
