(4 oz flight pour at the brewery yesterday)
Spot on, tasty (kettle?) sour. The dill/pickle flavors aren't overpowering, but they could be dialed up a notch or two. Had this with my first flight and it was a perfect palate refresher after the fried cauliflower and street tacos. Ideal degree of tartness, acidity, with a hint of salinity. Very refreshing. Well done. (2369)

Lightly foggy pale gold with a lumpy white head settling to a persistently thick and creamy collar.
This really tastes like a shot of pickle juice, and as such is kind of delicious because it's far less acidic than that would actually be. It's even like dill pickle chips because it expresses a touch of salt and even a light toastiness that goes as far as emulating the actual chip.
The medium body is actually quite fluffy, which helps makes this absolutely mouth wateringly crushable.
