Named in honor of bw, this rich, malty stout may remind you of eating dark chocolate cake. You can also pick up subtle tones of berry in the aroma.

This was a solid imperial porter (though they call it a stout) and a good introduction to this brewery for me. Nothing too crazy, just a well-made beer with plenty of flavor. It's a good ABV for an imperial, high but not ludicrous, and I got plenty of chocolate flavor, though I didn't pick up the "subtle notes of berry" in the smell as the description said I would. But I'd definitely get this one again.

The barrel aged was so much better.
