definitely my favorite beer from these guys so far. their first truly wild one i think, really really delicate and well done, a perfect session brett beer in my opinion. it has a pale yellow color, plenty of haze but no particulate really to see, and a tall white head on it. smells funky right off the bat, much more developed of a brett profile than i would expect in something from a brewery so new, they have done a nice job with that, but there is also a slightly belgian sort of thing to it, which gives it another layer without taking over the more delicate brett. the base is real light, white wheat and pale barley malt i would imagine, but its not at all watery. it has plenty of texture to it, hangs around long for a dry finishing beer too. i like beers that are this boldly flavored but so light in alcohol, and its more than just a summer thing or a passing trend, i think there really is a place for beer like this. just short of tangy on the back end, notes of lemon and clover, really pleasant and easy drinking. will be back for more, hopefully they keep this one around.
