This is a staple of their lineup, and it's pretty decent, if maybe a touch heavy for some. Not hoppy or sweet, the flavor itself is just what you would expect. I'm a fan of some of their other beers a little more, but when you're looking for a non-IPA and also want a beer that isn't a sour or a heavy stout, this works.

A: straw to yellow colored. No head to speak of.
S: a slight hint of malt sweetness, unsalted saltine (not as dry as a water cracker). Noticeable hop bitterness in fruity hop.
T: begins light dry malt forward then shifts to a clean slightly fruity hop bitterness. Finishes clean with a slight dryness.
M: medium body with no real effervescence.
O: a clean slightly sweet pilsner. Fairly easy drinking.

Canned June 1st, from Beer Drop.
It pours a clear gold with an initial finger of foam. Head retention is ok.
Smells of noble hops, toasted malt, somewhat floral and inviting.
The taste is hoppy, noble with some grassy notes, malty as in toasted malt, very Germanic tasting and that's a plus.
Smooth mouthfeel, excellent Pilsner.
