12 oz can, no date. Poured slowly into smokestack snifter as this one foamed a bit when the tab was popped.
Really delightful hazy, juicy blonde color with a tall fluffy white head of 3 fingers. Lots of lace left behind on the glass in sequential rings.
Aroma is of citrus peel and sea salt, with slight orange juice, cloves, and peppery yeast. I also get some lactose here, like an orange milkshake.
The flavor is plenty sour, but has a great crusty bread note underneath, reminding me of fresh white bread. Nice layers of lemon, lime, and orange, with slight tangerine and pinches of salt here and there. Creamy orange sherbet. Some mineral qualities peek their head in now and then. Faint lemon Gatorade, and I also get lactose bringing this over to orange milkshake territory. I really can't find anything wrong with this beer.
Feel is puckering, but still smooth, with a nice level of carbonation, high level of acidity, and a nice pithy dryness on the finish.
Overall, I don't know what's up with the low scores, but this was one of the more enjoyable Goses I've had. It's a nice beer, highly recommended by me.

Had Salty Dog poured from 12-oz. bottle, contract-brewed by Lazy Magnolia, into stange.
This first entry in Biloxi Brewing's limited release "Coastal Life" series is not a classically tart gose, but is well-made and enjoyable from pour to finish.

Biloxi Salty Dog has a medium, fizzy, white head, an initially clear, gold-yellow appearance, with big and small suspended yeast chunks, which clouds up, once the "swish & pour" is done. No lacing. The aroma is of slightly-spiced white wheat bread, yellow Gatorade, and sea breezes. Taste is of those elements, with a dab of coriander and no bitterness. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Biloxi Salty Dog finishes medium dry and tartish.

Spending the night in Biloxi and trying some local beers. I didn't add this beer, but looks like I am the first to review it. Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a cloudy, golden color with some floaties and a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of salt, lemons. Taste is the same, sour lemons and salt. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer, but nothing special.
