Nicely rustic saison, herbal and spicy. Flavors of cinnamon and sage. Smell is pleasant and a bit floral.
Pours brown with great head and lacing. Good with food. A beer I would buy again!

L-Two and a half to three fingered head that is frothy and healthy looking. The beer itself is dark in complexion with some amber-ruby undertones. Looks great.
S- Sage, cinnamon, clove and rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, an almost Coca Cola aroma. Interesting.
T- Okay. This is getting weird. I cannot say this taste is terrible because it is so interestingly crafted. But at the same time, I feel that this beer is just too wacky to be called tasty. I don't know. I immediately pick up a smokey-salty and savory vibe combined with sage, rosemary and clove. Worcestershire ... With that added, I also find this beer unreasonably savory. There is too much to savor in the flavor- rhyme not intended. The overall flavor of this beer is just too weird in my opinion. I love a beer that's savory, but this beer almost tastes as if it is made with sausage... It's freaking bizarre.
By the way, there's a bitter finish.
F- Fizzy and dry.
O- Man, this beer is so weird. I don't really know what else to say. I credit this beer big time for the effort. It's defiantly on it's own and absolutely original. Overall just too weird for me to completely enjoy. There are too many off-putting qualities in the flavor especially the weird Worcestershire flavor.
