On draft
Look: Hazy yellow with a very bright and vibrant color. Finger of head
Smell: Spices but not much Nelson hops from the dry hop. Wishing there was more.
Taste: A solid saison with nice spice and a little bitterness. I don't get the Nelson hop but it taste like a well crafted saison.
Feel: Medium mouthfeel, somewhat biscuity
Overall a very nice beer that I would drink again.

Light straw color, clear
Nice tart aroma
And tart flavor, as the brewer states there is a taste of dry white wine and somewhat fruity
Overall I like this beer

The beer is a clear pale straw color, which is unusual for the style but doesn't detract too much from it. The smell is a bit pungent for the style and turns off the appeal by a little. Other than that, the smell and taste have an earthy yeast note mixed with sweet lemon drop hop notes. The beer also has a pretty light body compared to other saisons. Overall, certainly interesting and unique but the hop note might turn some people off.

Had higher hopes for this one. A good brew but far from the expected saison.
