On tap at brewery:
This is a lighter style, and it comes across light but with a decent little fruit and pepper note.
Light haze on a yellow more that light gold body. Head is fluffy white and lasting, with streaks of lacing.
Nose is apple blossoms, a lightly sweet floral background, with a little lemon accent.
Taste is a little more like apricot and red apple with the skin. There is a light peppery note that goes with medium (maybe little above) carbonation. There is a spritz of citrus - leaning grapefruit - near the end.
Lovely crisp and clean, but not as dry as I'd like. Fruit notes are nicely portrayed without overtaking the beer. By the end of the beer, however, I was ready for something different.

From the growler, it pours a very light golden with a small head. Pleasant to the nose, pleasant in the mouth, with just this tiniest bite of malt and fruit - lime (?). A great summer drink!

Microbrew sample. It was a nice, tame saison. A little bit of lime and some yeast spice. Nose was pretty tame. Very light malt character. The body was light, too.
