A traditional 18th-Century colonial tea beer brewed entirely with local malt from Deer Creek Malthouse. We have partnered up with Newlin Grist Mill every summer to brew this historical-meets-modern summer crusher. Local wildflower honey, orange peel, and seeds of paradise are steeped with Earl Gray tea to impart a classic iced-tea refreshment.
