A malt base smooth as glass and our house NE yeast strain provide the backdrop for shards of Mosaic hop additions. Given the name, this hop encompasses limitless tasting notes, but you can start with fragments of sliced mango, berry medley, and shimmering springtime pine.

pours hazy with nice head- mosaic hops give it a great hop taste

Can dated 12/28/20 into pint glass. Pours a hazy straw color (SRM 3) with a nice off-white head. Initial impression is juicy melon, mango, lemon, tropical fruits, pine, and citrus rind, nicely balanced by a bit of caramel. Mouthfeel is clean and solid; carbonation is perfect. Finish is clean, citrus-y, and slightly dry. Overall, a very enjoyable IPA. Above the average for sure!
