Not a fan of czech pilsner but i enjoyed this one. A drinkable pilsner without that bite and scratchy bitternes common to Czechs. I detected a sweeter honey undertone feel that kept me sipping on this one.

16oz at Sabrina’s in PHL airport.
L: Opaque yellow, slightly golden. No lacing to speak of. About a finger white head.
S: wheat. Sweet. Airy bread. Not so much of a “barnyard” vibe - more vibrant. Almost a bit of citrus note but not quite.
T: bread malt. Citrus note, kind of interesting as it’s not too forward to be overpowering but it’s there. A little grassy hop as well. Balanced.
F: Medium bodied Pilsner. Crisp. Relatively dry finish.
O: pretty good. Doesn’t *stand out* among Pilsners but is a good example of the style with a little quirk. Clean, crisp, good.

On draft, served in shaker pint glass.
Clear, medium golden color, thin white head that fades fast. Mild aroma. Taste is bready malt, a little sweet. Thinner bodied.

16oz can into a pint glass. Appears to have been canned sometime in April 2023
Crystal clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Malty aroma, clean slightly sweet taste with no hop bite. So smooth and easy drinking though.

The palest of pale straws. Incredibly active, swirling carbonation fuels two fingers of bony white head. Head never fully vanishes, just kind of settles into a clingy ring. Actually a very pretty pilsner. You don't see too many that look this good. Smells as it should; grainy with moderate bitterness. Maybe a little grassy. I'm not great at picking out nuances in this style, but it smells nice enough. Tastes it as well; largely as it smells with some floral hops. Drinks reasonably well; medium-bodied with enough carbonated lift to not be heavy, though there is a lingering bitterness on the back of the tongue. Do I get bonus karma for reviewing a pilsner without using the word "clean"?

Great pilsner. Appropriate creamy corny pilsner-malty qualities to it. Clear, bright, fizzy, refreshing, flavorful. Good stuff.

An almost colorless, yet nicely carbonated beer has just been delivered in a clear pint glass, drawn off a tap. This review may suffer unfairly, because Pilsners just don't bring big things to the nose or eyes. What's there is a little malty and a little hoppy. Just as suspected, you can't judge a Pilsner by your nose. This is one tasty and refreshing beer. It truly captures the best characteristics of the style. The body is supple enough to carry the delicate Pilsner hoppiness, yet it doesn't intrude at all. This has the Pilsner hopping nailed. It brings a little nuttiness at the front, then finishes clean, crisp and dry. Try this and dare say it's not among the best Pilsners brewed in America. Finally, the "look" rating gets a bump because there's some decent glass lacing.

A - Pale gold color with a consistent, bright white, creamy lacing layer hanging on top.
S- Crisp aroma with citrus, straw, honey graham cracker malt, and some grassy earthiness.
T - Honey graham malt base with earthy citrus over the top. Finishes balanced with a nice lingering honey graham citrus resin on the palate.
M - Huge medium body with soft carbonation.
O - One thing that sets this Pils apart from the rest of the group is the resiny citrus. For some, it would be considered a flaw because it's not clean enough, for me - it's uniquely perfect.

Pours a clear golden yellow from 16oz can. One inch head that falls to a ring around the top of the glass with a slight tracing. Good carbonation. A slightly sweet grassy, citrus taste with a clean mouth finish. A good+ pilsner.

Pours a cloudy yellow without much foam. Smell is malts, grassy notes and herbs. Taste follows with some very subtle lemon and some sweetness. Finishes easy. Nice beer
