Moderate pour yields a well over one inch white head over a hazy, golden body with some lacing. Head dissipates to a ring in more than a few minutes and comes back with a few swirls. Nose of pineapple, sweet citrus (orange, tangerine), and very slight coconut and vanilla. Taste mirrors nose very nicely with a feel that surpasses most (if not all!) lactose IPAs that I've had. Nice job and kudos to reining in the amount of lactose used that for me gets in the way of proper carbonation. Cheers!
