From draft at Levante. From the tap list: “Calais Blanc (Normandy Wheat) 6.1% ABV 25 IBU. Inspired to brew a lemon French croissant, we baked a malt base of velvety wheat with a dash of honey malt for a sweet flaky crust. True to style, French hops Aramis, Triskel, and Lemon Drop release steamy scents of wildflower honey, zested lemon, and orange blossom. The finishing touch is a teaspoon of fresh lemon and vanilla, leaving this pastry wheat beer appropriate for any time of day.” A good wheat beer for sure.
