“French Macaron IPA”....tall can fresh from the source/brewery
Typical looking hazed up pour, supporting a loose, frothy off white and long lasting cap, quality look to this brew
Fruit and a hint of ginger on the sniff
On the palate it’s some more soft soapy ginger, coriander, pineapple....complex and tasty, not rally getting the whole “French macaron” thing, but tasty, worthy and enjoyable nonetheless...go get some...
