"Fluffiest Stuff" is the plushiest puffed-up DIPA rendition of one of our first forays into the milkshake-style.
Last year, we released the 6% 'Fluffier Stuff' on Firksgiving Eve, so we're going all in with this 8.3% DIPA loaded with 5 hop varieties that absolutely exude notes of overripe mango, dizzying citrus, and coconut cream - Mosaic, Simcoe, Azacca, Citra and Centennial. In order to achieve maximum Fluff, we experimented with an exorbitant amount of spelt and lactose in the mash, with some magic tricks up our sleeve in regards to mash chemistry.
