This one's for all of you "funfettiers" out there. Our made-from-scratch birthday cake inspired DIPA is rich, smooth, sweet, and moist. The secret's in the batter. Layers of crunchy biscuit-y graham cracker crumbles and softened marshmallows swirled together with sweet strawberry puree, creamy milk sugar, and an added pop of pure vanilla. Slathered with waves of decadent creamy frosting and generously sprinkled with fruity El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic hop confection. Because life is better with sprinkles on top. *contains Lactose*

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of thick lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of strawberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of graham crackers and citrusy hops along with hints of marshmallows.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied, juicy and a bit "fluffy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer starts off smelling like a birthday cake but some of the hop flavors get in the way of it completely tasting like a dessert.
