Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, head is bright white and presents 1 inch thick, then dissipates to frothy top with lacing on the sides.
Smell is light malt, not emphatic pilsner malt but hopping is notable with light tropical, earth, citrus zest.
Taste has more pilsener malt notes with biscuit and toast, hopping is light but notable with earth, citrus, hint of berry.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a moderately crisp, well hopped and very drinkable pilsner; a little on the bitter side and the dry hopping does not produce emphatic results but well executed.

This is probably my favorite Pilsner! I just wish that they would make it year round!
