poured from a 16oz can into a levante snifter. pours lighter brown with see-through edges but gathers in the glass dark brown with a finger of mocha brown foam. sweet on the nose with chocolate, vanilla and almost a sun tan lotion coconut aromas going on which i’m guessing is the wafers. the taste is as sweet as the nose but it’s also got a burnt marshmallow and roasted malt flavor that is reminiscent of a campfire. medium-full mouthfeel. creamy and smooth. this one is good. a bit on the sweeter side so glad i chose it as my after-dinner stout.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a stemless Libbey glass. Can purchased from Taproom on 9/25/22. No visible can date.
L- Deep onyx color.
S- Graham crackers, marshmallow, cocoa.
T- Astringent, hot alcohol flavor.
F- Thin mouthfeel with thin carbonation.
O- I’ve had this before and really liked
it. This seems a little hot and might
need to be revisited after some
cellaring.
