From a 16oz can dated 9/11/25 into a fancy pint glass. Can message: "Canned Fresh"
Pours a translucent brownish copper color with about finger of slightly off-white head. Very nice retention and lacing.
Caramel malts hit the nose first followed by citrus peel and resinous pine.
Nicely balanced taste between bitter piney hops and lightly sweet malts.
Medium to full bodied sticky mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Bitter aftertaste.
Not sure if they're taking a stab at Celebration here. It's not Celebration but trying to run parallel I think. Regardless, a nice WCIPA with notable malt character.

Possibly over-carbonated, possibly over starched there was plenty of stark white foam to deal with when emptying the entire contents of a pint can into a clear glass liter mug. It receded slowly and rather evenly. Also a positive, there's a nice piney hop aroma in the area. The color of the brew is light and bright copper-amber and it's moderately translucent. Surprisingly, there's no appreciatable bitterness to its taste, maybe a little during the finish. But, for most of the drinking experience, this is as malty as it is hoppy. This is not a complaint, just a little different than expected. Self-described West Coast IPAs usually are hops first and malt as an extra. The balance softens the mouthfeel nicely and adds a pleasant complexity. There's just enough noticeable glass lacing to add to its looks. This isn't quite world class, because it's just not outstanding at any category. But, it's relatively inexpensive, full flavored and tastes good. It's a very fortunate find.
