A lovely pomegranate wheat
Brewed with white and flaked wheat and American two-row barley, Persephone perfectly balances wheat malt and pomegranate tartness for a truly refreshing beer. If you don’t think you like beer, give her a try, we bet you’ll change your mind.

Sampled at the brewery, quick review from notes.
Hazy pale orange, thin layer of frothy foam, not much lacing or lasting coverage.
Aroma is nondescript, slightly yeasty and wheaty, a vague fruitiness that's not well defined.
Light fruit note in the flavor, again indistinct and not really easily identifiable as pomegranate.
Bland wheat note underneath that, finishes clean. Light bodied. Not much to write home about here. Described as a beer for those who "don't like beer", but I don't think this will be converting many people.

Not much pomegranate, but I think that's a good thing. Slightly hoppy and easy to drink!
