This was the best beer at the brewery today that I sampled, out of ten.
Pale opaque orange, rising carb trails visible. Creamy textured foam, lots of drippy lacing.
Aroma is soft and citrusy, vague herbal spice, botanicals.
Pleasant citric tartness melds seamlessly with a creamy, wheat base, light spicy yeast esters proving some nice complexity and counterbalance. Light bitterness in the dry finish. Clean and crisp, very easy drinking. Ultimate spring-summer drinker right here. Great stuff.

Look - Cloudy and gold. Head was thin and did not last
Smell - Slightly floral no overpowering esters.
Taste - Deceivingly intense flavors nicely balanced.
Feel - Light and crisp
Overall - Nicely done and the name helps to conger memories for those lucky enough to have been to Paris and on the street which is a short walk to La Cave a Bulles.
