Appearance: Pours a pink grapefruit color with a few bubbles that quickly fade away; flat with no lacing
Smell: Not knowing anything about mulberry beyond nursery rhymes, I presume this smells like mulberry; it is also acetic and oaky
Taste: Tart mulberry flavors forward with oak developing, in the middle; sour and metallic through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body but no carbonation
Overall: Kudos for the choice of mulberry but the mouthfeel is an issue as is the metallic finish
