On tap into a pint. Really nice golden border color, crystal clear with great 2 finger head retention and bubbles. Really dense cap with a lot of soap, almost like thick steamed milk or nitro. The nose is honey with a touch of clove, maybe some bay leaf, and rich sweet rosy malt. Up front on taste I get banana and clove, walnuts and honey, into rosy and grassy florals and a lingering honey sweetness. The body is rich and full, with a nice dry snappy finish that isn't too cloying.
This is an impressive farmhouse saison, among the best I have had for a rare style around these parts. Fantastic!

Soap, honey, and hay in an easy drinking almost lager-like dryness from a beautiful looking clear golden body. An inviting, unpretentious beer meant for consumption and lots of it. Cheers.
