This Beer is very complex in flavor. It has the tannins and vanillas from barrel-aging and also not real sour from the aging process. I wasn't sure at first, but more I sipped it, the more I liked it. Never tasted anything quite like it and they told me they had just won a silver medal for this beer. I don't know what event it was at, but a silver isn't bad. Rated 6-27-2023
