This tavern-strength Saison was a collaboration with local home brewer Sebastien Dubord, for whom Saison Dubord is named. Peppery yeast give way to a citrusy middle with lemon undertones, grainy maltiness, and a bone-dry finish. Historically, these were refreshments for farm workers in the summer months - goes great with summer, for country and city dwellers alike.
