Not going to rate this to style as it isn't a belgian ipa, it is a golden ale. Poured from tap into shaker, 1 finger cream colored head, recedes quickly, no lacing. Bright golden in the glass, slight chill haze. Smells slightly of citrus, and biscuit malt. Taste follows the nose, sweet biscuit on the front with a slight citrus twang. About all that is going on here, kinda flabby in the middle. Carbonation good, easy drinker, but one is the limit

Had on tap at Brew at the Zoo 2015.
A- Beautiful hazy golden red with a white head.
S- Belgian yeasts, a creamy citrus. Need to try this again.
T- Belgian ale qualities with a little twist. More bittering and aromatic hops for sure. Great!
M- Great carbonation, coats the mouth and lingers for a little bit.
D- I am a sucker for stouts and porters, but this was definitely my favorite Flying Heart beer of the night, and top 3 of all the commercial breweries there. Well Done!! I can't wait to try more of this and more of their beer.
