Growler share with a buddy.
Both were poured into tulips.
The appearance was mellow murky yellow color with a slim cap of a little white foamy head. Some trickling lace.
The aroma had some semi-sweet wheat grains, lemongrass, sweet herbal/floral qualities, crushed coriander, a touch of white pepper and ended with a slighter character of Belgian yeastiness.
The flavor followed the aroma decently pulling in a light citrusy sweet character. Aftertaste of citrus, lemongrass, crushed coriander and Belgian yeastiness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fine sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Pretty smooth rolling across my tongue.
Overall, pretty nice saison, I'd have again.

Filled a growler from Latham Beverage. Great smell. Great taste! Love this small Lake Placid brewery! Always good craft beer!
