As soon as it is opened immediately fruity hints (citrus) coming from the can.
In collaboration with ECB (Roma, ITA).
Soft and abundant foam. Perfumed.
Slightly sheer blond color.
In the mouth there are citrus hints (orange peel, grapefruit) that invade the palate before a dry but not trivial resinous bitterness emerges.
Very light body that accompanies an intense but quite short taste.
Lively but pleasant carbonation.
Obviously, the contribution of bottom fermentation malts is only to lighten the body of the beer, while American hops dominate in terms of taste.
