A: Medium brown in color with a small light brown head.
S: Chocolate, caramel, and vanilla, with perhaps a touch of coffee. Not a lot off tartness from there.
T: Certainly an interesting brew. Lightly tart with vanilla on the front, and chocolate, and caramel coming in the finish with another does of vanilla. A very interesting brew. Like an acidic vanilla coffee.
M: Medium in body, moderate to light carbonation, with a dry finish.
O: Overall interesting.. an intriguing combination of flavors that normally signal an infected beer, but somehow this works.

Modest starting beige head but it dies out at half the speed of soda pop. The liquid is clear and light brown where the light shines through easily. No lace whatsoever.
Sweet, darker caramel smell. I also get some metallic (iron) smell in the background.
The overwhelming taste is sweet but I also get a slight sourness. The metallic element is also present. High carbonation with a watery body. Soured chocolate aftertaste.

Tart vanilla brown ale. Poured from a can into an Urban Artifact Thoroughbred glass. The pour is a little murky and dark amber. Like iced tea, only a little darker. It has a fine layer of head that quickly dissipates. Some toasted malt and toffee on the nose. Smells like a typical brown ale.
Medium-light body with a firm feel and a tart flavor. The slightly sweet, toasty notes hit you first, but then you get the tartness. It quickly overpowers the malt and brings on an unusual flavor combination like fresh toast and sour cherries.
An interesting beer in that the tartness isn't all that evident on the nose, but certainly is on the palate. This one is not really my cup of tea and I'm not sure I would buy it again. I still crave Urban Artifact's tart beers that feature fresh fruit. Those are to die for.

This is a bizarre brew. A Brown ale with excessive vanilla to the point of tartness, but not an overly sour taste. Wild.
It's a pretty brown. The aroma is weirdly tangy with vanilla. The taste, just a bit sour, is alive and unique. This is a very interesting brew.
Highly recommended.
