Catching up on my backlog of Urban Artifact brews.
Pours out a mildly translucent red/orange. No foam formation at all. I don't know if thats because this was canned almost a year ago.
Nose is huge tart raspberries right up front with banana coming close on its heels. The first time you take a whiff its a raspberry show, but the more you take in, your mind can't stop focusing on the banana.
Taste is a 60/40 split. Raspberry dominant only by a slight amount. The banana comes in on the back end rounding out the tart jammy raspberry that sits in front. Bringing a mild sweetness and a subtle smoothness. Almost no tartness overall. Could be the slight bit of age. No malt backbone and the alcohol is hidden quite well.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied. Light to medium carbonation as well. Just an all around easy drinker.
I'm not a huge fan of banana, but when Urban Artifact does it, they do it well. Not quite as decadent as their Fire Iron, which I believe was Strawberry and Banana, but still a great brew. I'm not sure if I would consider this a sour. It just seems like a Fruit beer and nothing more. Well done, enjoyable. I wish I had regular access to Urban Artifact.

Pours a dark pink almost red color. The aroma is of heavy rasberries with a slight whiff of banana in the background. Very tart and sour flavor, raspberries up front and banana on the swallow and back of the palate. Very solid, but not my favorite from UA.

Canned 11/6/19; drank 12/14/19 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy ruby red appearance.
A violent pour yielded a nice, noisy off-white head; minimal lace.
Raspberry lemonade & faint vanilla notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Raspberry lemonade & honeyed wheat flavors up front; faint vanilla notes on the finish.
This would be such a banger in the summer...still good in the winter. I'd have another...

A smoothie sour beer. Too much pulp for my preference, but the taste is well balanced. Neither their worst nor their best beer.

Smoothie pale reddish-pink, almost chunky yet appetizing looking, with a foamy pastel mauve-pink head of moderate height that leaves spotty, almost pulpy lace and no head.
Smell is fresh strawberry-banana with light vanilla yogurt and toasted sunflower seed.
Taste threw me off guard first because I hadn't read the label. Banana is certainly there, like a strawberry-banana smoothie, but also like one of those unusual fruit salads that includes banana and orange, which you don't normally see because the banana gets mushy and weird. Yet...it's tasty here. Lightly tart and juicy, there's a sort of toasted character in background of the medium body that has an almost sandy carbonation before finishing semi-dry.

This one pours a hazy hawthorne rose when compared to a pantone color swatch, with little head and no lacing. The smell is dominated by raspberry and banana, with nice citrus, sweet, and tart notes. Super inviting smells, really invites a sip. The taste is tart up front with a mix of citrus, and the raspberry and banana. The finish is a nice puckering sour that lends for another sip. Beside the sour/tart aspects, the mouthfeel is smooth, and as you sip and the tastebuds get used to the tart/sour, the feel really smooths out. Overall this is a fruit smoothie that has been fermented. It has been done in a way that really draws out nice characteristics of the fruit while creating a nice unique sour and tart feel. For those that are fans of sours or tart beers, this is a nice one to sip on and enjoy. There are many flavor layers here that unravel as you drink it. I enjoy this one, not super sessionable, but with the high ABV and super stellar flavor, not really necessary, because you end up sipping this one. I enjoyed it, worth checking out.

Look: Cloudy purple and maroon colored hazy body, slight lacing on the glass after the off white head disappeared.
Smell: Tart cherries, raspberries and cherries. Lactic sour tinge.
Taste: Sour raspberries, some citrus, and then just a faint amount of banana (which I would expect more for how much they used. Very tart.
Feel: Slick, hazy, pucker inducing, medium body, mild carbonation. The carbonation is staved off by the sourness of the whole thing.
Overall: An interesting beer. All of them looked interesting on the shelf and this one had so much fruit listed, I went ahead and tried it. Tastes like someone took some Dole juice and turned up the sour factor to a 7 or an 8.
