This has that tart cinnamon montmorency that often comes out in beer, but with additional notes of apple and pear. Juicy and sweet, but balanced, with a crisp filling carbonation and a dry finish. A touch of burnt cracker and phenol come out at times.

EBF Last Saturday First beer of the fest. Murky cloudy red orange without much of a head. Tasty fruity with lots of cherry aroma and flavor. Well made lightly tart beer.
