Foggy chill haze light amber with a puffy khaki head fizzling to nothing.
Taste is lightly tart grapefruit with a touch of toasted wine oak as notes of apple, pear and white grape fade into soft cracker. This has a very mild funk, and develops a bit of olive brine as it warms.
Feel is crisp but clean, then smooth, as the light body becomes almost watery, but not quite. The swallow is semi-dry and tingly.
