Inspired by the flavors of Mango con Chile y Limon, a beloved Mexican street food. The palate explodes with a satisfying blend of ripe mango, fresh lime zest, and smoky ancho chile. Tropical, refreshing, spicy, and tart - an open air market wherever you are.

6 ounce can, canned on 02/10/22. Served in a chalice, the beer pours a hazy golden/orange color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head didn't stick around for long and there isn't much lacing either. Aroma is nice, the brew smells mostly like mango, along with some lime, ancho chile and earthiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, but compared to the aroma, all of the flavors seem to mesh well together. Good amount of chile spicy kick too, more of a spiciness than I was expecting. With chile beers you never know but I'd rather it have more kick than not enough of one so that's a good thing here!. Fruity and spicy it's a nice brew! Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and smooth with a low/moderate amount of carbonation. UA did a great job with this one, worth trying for sure if you like spicy and fruity/citrusy beers!
