Both of these fruits change their flavor characteristics so much when they're fermented out that we have been wanting to blend them together. You'll recognize the cider pop but watch out for the fig complexities created from all the unique natural sugar compounds.

16 ounce can, canned on 02/06/23. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a somewhat clear amber color with almost an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good enough. The brew smells like figs, apple, breadiness and vanilla. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some tart apple flavor noticeable too. Kinda tastes like a Fig Newton but with some apple flavor noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, certainly worth trying if you get the chance sometime!
